: An American anchor working for RT-America, a cable news network funded by the Russian government, announced her resignation on air Wednesday.
"... I cannot be part of a network that whitewashes the actions of Putin. I am proud to be an America and believe in disseminating the truth and that is why after this newscast I’m resigning,” she said.
Earlier this week, RT host Abby Martin ended her program by denouncing Russia’s military intervention in Ukraine. Martin remains an employee of the network.

So I just Google'd Tesla as I was curious about their cars and , a good friend of mine was ranked second, with her photo in search. I've seen people from my circles appear in search but never this high up.
The only issue I see with it is that it makes sharing my computer, or even having other people look at my screen, a bit uncomfortable. Just searching "Google Play" pops up a huge list of my receipts at the top, which isn't exactly something I was expecting, or what I wanted everyone around me to see.
You can just use a different Chrome user, I suppose...
I find it quite typical that corporation like the BBC that's run primarily by old men would cut a channel purely for young adults, because of course BBC 4 a channel aimed squarely at middle aged, old fashioned men would of course stay.
I'll be honest both BBC 4, and BBC 3 can put out some shite; however they both also manage to create some great content! I think it's quite ridiculous. Well at least we have channel 4, a company that dare to take risk -_ -

I'm Mat, (well that's what people usually call me) I'm the social media and online brand manager for Cultrx, an IT support and services company based in Barnsley. We have clients based up and down the country and pride ourselves on being friendly and going the extra mile to please our customers without baffling them with jargon.
I previously worked for Bigfoot Digital, the best social media and online marketing agency in Yorkshire. A company that always over delivers for their clients and offers better results and return on investment than many London based agencies.
I love photography, I just don't get get out and shoot as much as I'd like so if you'd like to see more of my photography head over to my Flickr account. I do share all of my photography on Google+, and have lots of albums of my work. I do share my photography and mobile photography on here as well as other things.
I love technology and a fan of all things Google. I'll often share technology news and opinion pieces on here. I wouldn't quite consider myself a fanboy however I'll admit when other companies do something better and do my best not to be ignorant to other companies products or services unlike some people.
I'm also openly gay and will often share news about the LGBT community and equality and sometimes I might just rant.
I also love music! Not creating it, but listening to it. I listen to a lot of music and a wide range of artists it's not uncommon to share my music recommendations and it seems people generally like them :)
I'm happy to engage with most people about almost anything, however I had to disable notifications from people who I haven't circled so if I miss a private message I'm sorry I try to keep an eye out for them.
