Most of you know I work for a webhost. Well we don't do VPS's so I have several with +Atlantic.Net
. Recently I had an Issue and I contacted their support via chat. This was a less than satisfactory experience were the tech basically blew off my issue. Not being satisfied with that I opened a support ticket. After they resolved the issue the reply telling me they had fixed it came from John Lannin.Director of Customer Experience. He let me know the issue was fixed and apologized for the initial handling. I have to say kudos to John and Atlantic.net, they said hey we made a mistake, we made it right and we're sorry. Excellent job, well done thank you.
