This homeowner's dream kitchen was a cherry and black masterpiece with deep drawers, tall cabinets, plenty of counter space and a peninsula overlooking the yard, and that's exactly what she got with +Homecrest Cabinetry. Careful planning and attention to detail went into updating the inefficient design of her kitchen to maximize space and bring in natural light to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Friendly Suggestion: AVOID GOING THERE i am writing this review because this is the 2nd time this company tricks me, last time it was a different location always in Indiana well over a year ago, and this has happened to me a few months ago and since i heard of a collegue that ended up in the same situation as me, i want to make all the technicians aware of what happens when you're called to go fix some equipment in the Masterbrand factories. They called me to do a service on a machine they have, so we agreed upon an hourly rate, but once i got there, they again surprised me with their safety training. And immediately they said: "This is a course you will take on the Computer and will take about 2 hours... we won't get billed for this right?" well, i work by time and that is my time at work, so... "YES, you will get billed, but what about the $20 this computer is asking me to pay to take this safety course???" (yes you understood correctly: the computer asks you to pay $20 to take a safety course which it must be completed before they allow to walk into the factory... let me remind you: THEY CALLED ME HERE!" They didn't want to pay it, so i upped their hourly rate and they got furious at me. they said i was a scammer that i wanted to put their people in danger and that i was trying to rob them. Let me get this straight: i am 52 years old, i still have all my fingers, despite the job i do, i am very concerned about safety and i take all the safety precautions needed to do my job safely, but these guys want to have safety regulations that should be in place for a day care... they are so strictive that i can not look inside the machine while it's on. Now tell me: when you go to the mechanic to get your car fixed, does he look inside the hood only when the motor is off? I am sure not... some things need to be seen, sometimes touched: i know where i can touch and where i can not, it is my job. These guys don't want to believe me and don't want to trust a professional. My job requires me to look inside electrical cabinets that have been engineered to be safe (all modern machines work at 24Volts) and sometimes i need to keep the safety enclosue open while i run the machine to actually see what is happening... if i can not do that, i can not perform my job... it's like going to the lawyer to ask protection, but you prohibit him to go talk with the judge in court. So I ended up leaving, and i honestly raccomand any technician in the wood industry to stay away from these company: let them rot! Last time i went to one of these facilities they basically forced me to gift them a $600 sensor, and i was forced to give it to them because they wouldn't allow me to do the proper tests on the machine as it was running to verify if the sensor was really the problem... so after i gave them a new sensor, it turned out the sensor was not the problem and they offered to return it, but now was used, so what's the point in taking it back? I am not wasting time in going to court, but i will keep not servicing them anymore and i will use the internet to let anybody know of the nice tricks that this company plays under the name of "Safety" And remember, if they ask you to pay to take a safety course: just ask them to pay, or leave! anyway, best thing to do: LET THEM FIX IT THEMSELVES!

I purchased Diamond cabinets from Loews about 2 years ago and I have had multiple problems with within 3 months of installing these cabinets. From pealing cabinets to cracks to fading issues I contacted their service persons, from Ms. Diana Mack which is no longer with the company to a Peter Farrell which was the most helpful. Now to a Alex Brooks that barely gets back to you. He order replacement doors about 50 of them that are still in my living room for the past 4 months and apparently Mrs. Stephanie has to come over and replace all the door and fix the issues but she never returns my calls to set up an appointment to resolve all the problems. It is a night more dealing with this company. Apparently one of their manufactures quality controls where not meet and they closed that plant but I inherited poor quality cabinets and I'm stuck with all these issues that will not be address even though is a life time warranty what a joke. I would not recommend any one to buy form this company.
