“He's my personal dentist. I am giving him an endorsement... He's not paying me to say this. He is my dentist. I got a filling last week. It's still in! So, I would definitely recommend Dr. Cajee. In fact, my girls go there. They are 5 and 2. And, they just love going into the dentist's office. Not because there's a toybox. Also a mechanical dinosaur they can ride. His office is just so good with kids." — Jaimie Lee, Celebrity Radio Host, KAT Country 103.3, Northern California

We were proud to again sponsor Great Valley Academy's 2015  jog-a-thon, which raises money for their Manteca school programs. Congrats to our own Parker Minton for raising the most money of any student. ‪#‎greatvalleyacademy #manteca

Dental Bites. Good Food vs. Bad Food
Good Food:
• Fiber-rich fruits and vegetables act like detergent in your mouth and also stimulate saliva!
• Dairy: Cheese generates saliva. Plus the calcium in dairy products helps strengthen teeth.
• Tea: Polyphenols in tea either kill or suppress bacteria, helping prevent cavities.
Bad Food:
• Wines and Meds: Alcohol and many medicines dry your mouth, increasing your chances of developing dental decay and other infections in your mouth.
• Soft Drinks: Besides tons of sugar, most soft drinks contain phosphoric and citric acids that erode tooth enamel.
• Candy: With so much sugar, candy (especially sticky candy) can wreck your teeth.
