Is Boo from Monsters Inc actually the witch from Brave?

Read this incredibly intricate theory about the Disney Pixar universe:

Has Mashable lost it? More on this news later.
I care! Nothing wrong with posting a fun story every now and then
at an abstract , atomic level , it could , though not more than probably , be true .
This was a fun read in any case. Easy to see how conspiracy theorists are born!
Calling out easter eggs and noticing similarities is one thing. But this article goes on and on and on and makes some pretty huge leaps in logic to arrive at a conclusion that just doesn't make any sense. This guy's analysis of The Incredibles leaves me to believe he's never actually seen the movie.
Someone had WAY too much time on their hands!
+Dusty Haynes exactly what i thought as well.  i found this article really reaching.
NO and stop wasting time on this.
i read the story yesterday, such a fun little theory :)
Boo is actually Agnes from Despicable Me, just different dimensions.
Imdb.... If you really care to know...
no.. I will be really pissed of if so.. That little girl is too cute to be a witch...
she can't be that that old!!!
What so to the point they should call the old women monster ink
I read that and I have to say, MIND BLOW!
People you need to stop trashing mashable, I love reading there stuff
Someone's reading far too much into these films...

Probably the same kind of person who analyses innocuous music lyrics for so-called "hidden meanings" (and playing the tracks backwards in the hope of "finding" something that sounds vaguely like a devil worship message)...
There is people in this world with much free time
No... This is ridiculous! That guy has too much time on his hands and obviously obsessed with Pixar!!
I cant see anything in common between thm o.O
Monsters Inc. is set in modern times, probably sometime within the last decade or two. It's obvious Boo lives in a modern world, just by looking around her room and at her clothes. Brave takes place hundreds of years ago. So technically speaking, if Boo were three or four in 2000, how could she be 80-90 hundreds of years ago? Even if the monster world was set thousands-possibly millions-of years from now, that still doesn't explain how Boo got from the Dark Ages to the 90's without aging, and in fact becoming younger.
+Jeremiah Burns Yes I did. And it still does not explain how she was born in the 90's-2000's and aged backwards to the Dark Ages. Like I said, just looking at her, you can tell she was not born during the Dark Ages, and neither were any of the other kids the monsters saw. And why time travel? That doesn't even make any sense. Why do you have to be in the past to do magic?

Anyways, point being, this guy really needs to find a hobby. He sounds an awful lot like those "Neil Armstrong on the moon never happened" people. His theory doesn't even make sense.
it's not. The witch is played by Julie Walters (the same woman that plays Ron's mom in the Harry potter movies) and the little girl that does the voice of Boo is Mary Gibbs who played the voice of baby Kiara in Lion King 2: Simba's Pride. Julie Walters is a real Scottswoman while Mary Gibbs is a young American girl.
um, even though Brave was made after, it takes place a long time before Monsters Inc. so that is impossible.
different eyes, nose, mouth, ears, hair colour, curly/straight hair, vastly different hands, a totally different smile and eyebrows, but well done for noticing that they are both female computer animated characters made by the same company, hence similar textures.
Completely plausible theory. Wow, I would have never even thought about half the stuff in this article.
+Claire I. Are you sure you read the article?

_Boo is the witch from Brave. She figures out how to travel in time to find Sully, and goes back to the source: the will-of-the-wisps. They are what started everything, and as a witch, she cultivates this magic in an attempt to find Sully by creating doors going backwards and forwards in time.…Boo discovered a way to use doors to travel through time on her own, possibly by developing magic on her own. She probably went back in time to the Dark Ages to get more magic from the will-o-wisps._
Interesting but still lots of gaps and off topics like the bugs appearing in toy story 2.
HA that dumbass forgot to put Meet The Robinsons in his oh so intricate slightly redicuolus diatribe, bit of a leap about animal/robot/human war though
Ahhhh hahahaha omg you're right I kinda just assumed due to the animation
it's plausible. ppl criticizing should just look towards cosmere universe..... different worlds can happen in the same universe..... haters gonna hate without reading even article. morons
Too bad I read the article you jackass
The rest of the theory is a haze but it does make sense on how "Boo" could be the witch. Don't get me wrong now, you might be thinking  "WHY WOULD SHE GO INTO THE PAST TO GET TO THE FUTURE?" It wouldn't doesn't make much sense. But knowing that she was obsessed with Sully explains why she would find some way to get back to him. Plus why would the "witch" carve Sully into the wall. It could just be a silly easter egg from Pixar, usually developers put easter eggs in their other works, but it's an interesting theory...

I really hope they are all in different Universes with coincidental items in each universe like BnL, because if they are not, it would be kind of stupid...
This seems unreal cause they think boo can be any disney character like a witch or Agnes u know what I mean
