Be sure to join us this Thursday at 12pm ET for Photo Live: Get Technical. This session, we will discuss some strategies for finishing your images and presenting your work. We will focus framing and exhibition-style display, but will also explore other physical presentation methods for your images. In addition, we will also touch on some digital presentation methods that complement physical presentation techniques.

As usual, there will be a substantial amount of time for addressing student questions, so please bring your own questions and experiences. Alternately, feel free to submit your question / topic in advance to or post your questions as a response to this event posting.

The following LIVE online workshops are available in October to all AiPOD students, faculty, and staff. These workshops are hosted by the Ask Today On Call Library Service. All workshops are approximately 45-60 minutes in length.

Note: Users must register prior to the workshop. Registration is simple—click on the link under the title of the workshop you wish to attend and follow the prompts. Attendees at the live workshops receive a certificate of completion.

Audio Resources - FirstCOM ~ Wednesday, 10/5 @ 7 PM ET (4 PM PT)

This workshop will take an in-depth look at FirstCOM, one of the leading production music libraries in the industry. It includes over 150,000 tracks of high-quality original music and 36,000 sound effects clips.

Literati by Credo ~ Thursday, 10/13 @ 3 PM ET (12 Noon PT)

Do you first search Google before you think? If this applies to you, then be sure to attend this informative session on the library resource, Literati by Credo. The session will cover everything from doing basic searches to topic pages to the mind map.

Fashion Resources ~ Sunday, 10/16 @ 6 PM ET (3 PM PT)

This session explores key resources available from the Online Library to support studies in Fashion Management & Marketing and Fashion Design. Resources highlighted include our NEW resource, the University of Fashion, as well as Doneger Creative Services, WWD, and more.

Audio Resources - AudioBlocks ~ Wednesday, 10/26 @ 7 PM ET (4 PM PT)

This workshop will take an in-depth look at AudioBlocks, a subscription-based resource providing unlimited downloads of royalty-free production music, sound effects, and loops.
