Santa Clara County’s critically low housing inventory - as of today, there are 450 houses for sale in ALL of Santa Clara County (home to almost 2 million people). This is the lowest number we have seen since at least January 2003 - and maybe a lot longer. http://sanjoserealestatelosgatoshomes.com/santa-clara-countys-critically-low-housing-inventory/ #SantaClaraCountyRealEstate

Campbell is perhaps the most beloved community in Silicon Valley with its charming downtown, great transit access, 2 movie theaters, tons of shopping and parks. A very self contained city, Campbell has the heart of the old Santa Clara Valley but the high tech of Silicon Valley. Many would say it's the perfect blend. http://popehandy.rereport.com/market_reports?searchtype=search&locations=0&cities=3071&area=15&proptype=1&period=1&yearmonth=2016-12

Helping nice folks to buy & sell homes in Silicon Valley (esp Los Gatos, San Jose, Saratoga & nearby)
Introduction
Born and raised in Santa Clara County (San Jose, Santa Clara, Saratoga) and now residing with my family in the same general area in the town of Los Gatos.  I love this place - now called Silicon Valley - and enjoy helping nice folks to buy and sell homes here.  I'm a Realtor (since 1993) and I blog about and photograph our communities.

My daughter and I ate there on July 18 2012. The food was good. Our waitress, Ina, was wonderful. But the manager was a jerk! We saw him arguing with our very overworked waitress in front of most of the restaurant (embarassing). On our way out, I told him that the food and service were really good. Instead of thanking me, he said "yes but sometimes I have to correct her (our waitress)." No need to bash his hard working waitress. I hope she finds a better job soon - they had her doing far too many tables (she had 11 that night) and instead of "public praise, private criticism", the obnoxious manager was doing it backwards. If they could get a new manager, it would be a really great restaurant. But right now, he makes the place uncomfortable and stressful for both employees and patrons.
