You have the wrong company.  I am so sorry for your bad experience, but please recheck you phone number and point of contact and direct your dissatisfaction toward the correct company.  How I know this for certain is because you also registered this complaint with the BBB against us.  Neither your name nor address is listed in our computer; we have never been to your home.  And secondly, we have never had an employee named Juan. We would greatly appreciate your removal of both complaints.  Also, we would love to have you as a customer and I encourage you to call and speak with Steve directly.  He is the owner/president and is very proud of the excellent reputation the company has built since 1971!
