I bought a Saeco Aroma Espresso Machine - Certified Refurbished in Stainless Steel to help me with the transition to my new place in Hyde Park, Chicago while I commute from DC. I own the fab upscale Breville still in DC--so the comparison and finding a machine that would be able to stand up to comparison was tough. Gail via video made the choice easy--she is fab! And the machine came swiftly and works superbly. I love Seattle Coffee Gear for their service, their integrity and their candor--and for Gail and her alter ego who speaks off screen (sorry I don't recall your name, but you are lovely too!).
