Made it to SDEC meeting, they are at capacity, not a chair in sight. Looking forward to the county chair meeting.

Plenty of parking. Rich, satisfying brewed coffee. Funky music. Inventive pastries. Who needs more?

One of my favorite La Quintas. Very clean, comfortable room, helpful staff.

Very similar to Lick in Austin. It doesn't leave one feeling sick from too much sugar.

This place is wonderful for developing a greater understanding of cheese. They keep a cheese profile to help you keep track of what you like and find new ones. Free cheese tastings.

The mocha was great. I bought a variety of baked goods and pimento cheese to go. When I got back to my hotel I found all the baked goods crowded in a paper bag with the container of cheese that had sat on the counter. That's just not hygenic. The croissant was crushed and my scone for breakfast has the oils from the seasoned toasts that came with the cheese. There's no way the bags were so expensive they could not have been put in their own individual little bag. At least don't put the plastic container of cheese in with everything else. 4 stars for great coffee.
