Quorn Terrine

Prepare approximately 250g (dry weight) of sage and onion stuffing.

In a frying pan flash fry 4 Quorn sausages (you're just trying to get a bit of colour on the outside and not cook)

Butter and line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper

Butter the inside of the greaseproof paper and line the inside with Quorn bacon

Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce on the bacon

Add a layer of sage and onion stuffing about 1.5cm thick

Place the 4 sausages on the stuffing arranging length wise in two rows.

Add some more stuffing to cover the sausages and a bit more.

On top of this place some Quorn Fillets to make a complete layer.

Add some more stuffing to fill the tin.

Place the loaf tin in an oven preheated to 250c. After 15min turn down to 180c for another 45min.

Test to make sure piping hot all the way through. If so turn out and carve.
