I really like Google as a company, but I will never ever buy a physically thing from your Google Store again. Never ever!
I'm so highly disappointed at your "service" that I could vomit right now.
I bought a wireless charger via your store, because I thought, it would be a good investment to pay about 5 Euros more to get it directly from you as getting it from amazon.
I tested it and it doesnt worked for the case I needed it for. So far so good. I sent it back. The tracking code said it was successfully delivered, and then I waited. For now nearly three weeks. Three emails to your support and everytime the same. "Oh I'm sorry, my coworker did a mistake. You have to wait x-days more".
What the fuck is this ?!
Tomorrow I will call the support and I hope that someone can help me getting my money back!
this is a no go. As a company as big as you are, this can't be the freaking case.
