So incredibly great that I'm cranking up Google Plus to share this.

Read. It. Now.

Three weeks back I turned into the 76 gas station on Arlington just north of the 10, pulled up to pump #4, killed the engine, grabbed my phone and replied to a text. While I did, I heard some man talking to a lady refueling at the pump on the other side of mine. He was that gas station guy eager to wipe your windows for some change. Though I didn't look up, the man sounded quite pleasant as he complemented the woman and what I assu...

Epsom Salts will increase yield in your garden fruit
Also good in your bath, totally unrelated to the garden..   #justsayin

1 Teaspoon Epson Salt in 4 Cups Warm Water
Spray on plants and then repeat in 10 days to produce more fruit due to the increased magnesium.

‪#‎TBT‬ to the day my son, Ben, and teammate Jackson made a great play on a high school baseball field -- and a great photographer Lori Shepler was there to capture the whole thing.

So proud that Ben has been able to keep playing the sport he loves in college, and thrilled that this week we'll be able to see him play in Southern California again. Lewis and Clark College plays two games at Whittier College on Friday and one each on Saturday and Sunday.
Here's a link to the schedule if you want to come check out the Division III baseball action: http://www.lcpioneers.com/sports/bsb/2015-16/schedule

Some personal news: I'm now a free agent.

I've left my reporting position with Marketing Land. The parting is totally amicable; I decided that daily writing about social media isn't my passion.

I'm sad to leave such a great team -- the folks at Third Door Media are among the best in the business -- but looking forward to what comes next.

And on that note, my job search starts now, so if you have any leads that would fit a journalism jack of all trades with deep knowledge of social, digital and even print strategy and production, please send them my way.

Onward!
