Awesome, just got the confirmation from Nintendo: On October 6th we'll be bringing our party game Act it Out to the Wii U eShop, for €9,99 / £8.99 / $9.99. We worked hard on creating cool and unique things to do with the GamePad, and you can even play with your own Mii character! If you're interested: You can find the game already on the eShop, and add it to your Watch List :).

For my Dutch friends: I spoke with RTL Nieuws this morning about the Leave-decision, and the impact it has on me as an EU immigrant.

Looking forward to Google I/O. Wishful thinking: Google introducing a much improved voice assistant, with a personality.

Hey, what's up everybody? Today I'm introducing ‘Live Show’, an innovative streaming mode for ACT IT OUT! A Game of Charades on PlayStation 4, bringing the game to version 1.02.

In ‘Live Show’ mode you get to host your very own game of ACT IT OUT. All you need is a PlayStation Camera, and you can broadcast yourself performing phrases while your viewers try to guess what you’re acting out. If a viewer types in the right answer, the game automagically recognises it and adds the winner to the leaderboards. It’s pretty mind-blowing to see, and incredibly fun to play. This is the first game to use live broadcasting in way that really involves its audience, and I couldn't be happier to launch this free update.

I love streaming, whether it’s on Twitch, Ustream or YouTube. I think it’s an exciting new way to experience games and to make use of the PlayStation 4. Developers have done some interesting experiments with streaming in the past, originally I got really excited by the ‘Twitch Plays’-series where viewers can type in button commands to collectively play a game (which usually results in chaos!). And recently we've seen several people who were already live streaming ACT IT OUT. We received several requests from players to make the game friendlier for live streaming, and after some thinking (and several weeks of hard development work) this is our answer to those requests. We’re really excited about this.

The Live Show feature in ACT IT OUT! lets anyone be a host of their own game of charades. If you've always wanted to broadcast yourself, but you didn't know what to do a show about, we've now given you the tools to get started. You can use phrases from the game, and act, sing, describe, or draw them to your viewers. And when you've mastered being the perfect host, you can take on the new challenge of making up your own phrases and broadcasting a show on any topic you want!

The Live Show feature is available right now, it comes as a free update so just install the new 1.02 update today and you’re ready to go! And if you don’t own ACT IT OUT! yet, there’s no better time to download it from the PlayStation Store as it’s currently on a temporary discounted price of €6.99 EUR / $6.99 USD / £5.79 GBP.

Let me know what you think, and - as always - share your videos, pictures, and stories using the #ACTITOUT hashtag.
