I'm on a flight to Berlin tomorrow and will be there for a few days. Anyone with good recommendations on what to see? I was considering taking my Glass with me but felt that Germans might be quite sensitive to the device ..

Re: Glass; yes, it's Germany (where StreetView isn't widely available due to privacy concerns) and Berlin (where there exists a vibrant left/'anarchist' culture, e.g Kreuzberg sees annual 'riots' and fighting the police on May 1st).

Just got back from a Virtual Reality meetup here in Brighton (this is a picture of my girlfriend using +Tim Aidley's amazing Oculus Rift + Kinect + PS Move setup). Quite impressive to see all the amazing VR projects people are working on.

Owh, and I wasn't really expecting all those #Glass  questions.

Ground Zeroes! Shame I don't have the time to play this weekend .. And I should force myself to finish Tomb Raider first.

Just updated my Pebble to version 2.0 and it's a huge improvement! It's great to finally have a proper app store built into the main app. Own, and I've also installed an LCARS watchface 😃.

It's a huge improvement, I personally upgraded a month ago because I wanted to use the sleeptracker functionality.

Just downloaded Persona 4 Golden for my PS Vita. +Richard Dixon, is this game any good? I'm about to go on a flight followed up with a two hour train journey - you better not let me down with your recommendations.

Massive thanks to the people at +Vision Express UK here in Brighton for all of their work on my official +Google Glass prescription frames. Initially I was a bit hesitant to get this organised in the UK at all, especially since there's no official support for Google Glass and not a single optician here has been briefed on it.

Not completely unexpected, but the kind people at Vision Express were hugely fascinated by my Google Glass unit when I brought it in. I practically had all floor staff together, looking at it. The prescription frames fortunately came with instructions for opticians, which proved to be very helpful. My eyes were measured again, and they ordered the glasses in whilst being completely uncut. They took my Glass frame (I kept the Glass unit itself with me) and within an hour they had cut the glass down in order to make it fit the frame. It was perfect, I couldn't have had a better experience.

I deliberately chose the Charcoal Bold frames, these match my Glass unit in colour and the design is really similar to my regular prescription frames - as you can see in the photo.

All in all I would really say that people shouldn't be too worried about taking their Google Glass prescription frames to an 'unauthorised' optician. The instructions that come with the official Glass prescription frames are really good, and if you already wear prescription glasses then this is a great solution which allows you to wear Google Glass comfortably whenever you want.

I'm someone who wants to build remarkable products. I am responsible for Murder Files, a beautiful murder mystery game for Google Chrome, Kindle Fire and iOS. I do this at Relentless Software - a small and cosy development studio in Brighton, one of the coastal places here in England. Before Murder Files I worked on an amazing collaboration between our studio, Microsoft and National Geographic: we created a unique Xbox 360 experience called Kinect Nat Geo TV. There is nothing like it, it’s pretty amazing. It even won a Golden Panda award at the Wildscreen Festival in October 2012.

Before joining the crew at Relentless Software I worked for many years at Sony PlayStation and Electronic Arts. I was one of the key members of the development team behind PlayStation Home, a virtual world with millions of active members and created as an integral part of the PlayStation 3. Check it out on the XMB when you can. It’s a platform where hundreds of developers are creating unique experiences. Additionally I spent several months within Sony R&D creating the ‘Magnet Demo’ - eight unique augmented reality concepts for the PlayStation Vita.

At Electronic Arts I was a Producer on the award-winning The Simpsons Game, a wild project where we collaborated directly with the writers of the TV series. In the self-referential plot the Simpsons family discovers that they are forced to participate in another The Simpsons video game. Similar to the show the game pokes fun at popular culture, other video games, and Electronic Arts itself.

I enjoy creating remarkable products that give people new experiences and brings them together. People say that having a video game making someone cry is the ultimate goal – but for me, personally, it is to use the medium in a way that makes people laugh and have fun.

Excellent place. Just moved into the area so exploring the restaurants with my wife. Amazing service - only ten minutes after ordering the waitress apologised saying that our food would be a bit late, so we got extra starters on the house. And then the food still ended up on time. Very friendly staff. Great food. Recommended :).

This is an amazing place. My wife and I were served immediately by a Californian(?) girl who was incredibly nice. It instantly reminded me of the amazing service you get in American diners, I wonder if they tried to mimic that here. The food was amazing as well - I just had a cheeseburger, and I was really impressed with the quality of the meat they've used. It was real meat, not the cardboard type you get when you get a burger from a pub (or worse; McDonald's). This place is definitely worth a visit.
