Well said!

The Internet allows journalists and writers to communicate critical information freely around the world. Yet in many countries, this right to share videos, blogs and other news online is threatened by laws that censor and, in some cases, criminalize free speech. On World Press Freedom Day, Google and UNESCO join forces in calling for an Internet that respects human rights, including and especially the right to free expression. Check out UNESCO’s knowledge tools to help you defend your right to #keepspeechfree: http://goo.gl/sKuQsr

I took the photo below while savoring a delicious Dharkan #nespresso shot ;) Now, this is not why I'm posting.

Alert! Most Italians reading this will cringe (and probably any tech hipster who is a coffee lover too). I was surprised and secretly happy at the +Nespresso shop in #Sabadell today, for in the few minutes I remained there savoring my coffee, everyone who bought capsules included decaffeinated coffee in their order.

I gave up caffeinated coffee in February 2014. I still enjoy a good cup of coffee and I systematically order decaf (except maybe twice a month when I might take a regular coffee shot). In my opinion, good coffee is good no matter the amount of caffeine in it. I encourage those of you out there who would like to reduce the amount of caffeine you intake and don't want to decrease the amount of coffee you drink daily, to try good decaf coffee.

Leave behind your prejudice that decaf coffee is not 'the real thing' or doesn't taste good and ignore other people's comments :) Go to your favorite coffeeshop and order decaf, or go to the store and buy some Illy or Lavazza or Nespresso to brew at home. It tastes just as good and you might feel better :)

In Afghanistan skateboarding has spread to become the number one sport for women, as they are forbidden to ride bicycles. London-based Jessica Fulford-Dobson photographed these young skateboarders in Kabul in 2012.

Had lunch at Fog City last week and loved it. The façade is all glass windows, service was great and the food excellent. I had the Grilled Kale Salad (very nice texture contrast with nuts) and Smoked Salmon Smørrebrød (thick salmon on delicious avocado, egg salad and wonderful bread).

Had a bica (a strong espresso) and a superb pastel de nata, a sweet specialty and the perfect dessert after having a prato do dia elsewhere. We stood by the bar --we didn't sit inside or outside. Service was nice and efficient. The art nouveau decoration transports you back to the time when it was a trendy spot for artists. That pastel de nata is still the best one I've had in the whole trip: fresh and soft yummy custard inside crunchy light pastry (I've eaten close to 10 pastels in 9 days!).

Had a wonderful time eating lunch listening to live instrumental guitar music. I ate Spinach and feta kische which comes with three salads of your choice (I had greens, a chickpea one and the broccoli one). Everything was great. It's in Dalkey, in The old Tram yard, which is in itself a nice place to hangout at on the weekends, with market stalls and a couple of businesses open and the typical Dalkey relaxed atmosphere.

I went into the Strand Hotel for breakfast only (haven't seen the rooms). Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Continental breakfast food was great; my friend had a full Irish and it looked nice, but I didn't enjoy my fish much, since it was too plain and not very soft/smooth. Views from the dining room onto the beach are amazing, especially on a sunny day.

Entré con un grupo bastante grande y tomamos chupitos de madroño, servidos en un vasito como de cucurucho con chocolate. Nunca lo había probado y me gustó. El servicio me pareció bueno. El local tiene bastante luz natural.

Very good service, friendly, attentive, quick ( both in the afternoon and dinner time). Amazing food: I had a ray wing main course, my friend an Irish stew; I'd never had this type of fish and they prepared it really well (and the mashed potatoes were absolutely homemade tasting). The musician playing while I type this is great too!
