How to make a smart kitchen remodel investment #cabinets   #realestate
At an average of $50,000, a kitchen remodel is a major undertaking. A good return on that investment means different things to different people. You may be considering resale value, your bank balance at the moment, the elements of your dream kitchen-or all of the above. Whatever the case, kitchen cabinets are a key component of every remodel.

It's easy for homeowners to get caught up in the world of Pinterest and do-it-yourself blogs. While unique, custom projects can be a great way to personalize or spruce up your home, some projects are better left to professional contractors. Next time a friend or client has a brilliant idea to attempt one of these projects on their own, let them know why some things are best when left in the hands of pros.

Liven up your kitchen!
Sedate white kitchens everywhere you look getting you down? You're in luck. Kitchen trends for the year are going decidedly non-white. They're actually getting a little festive.

Would you buy an "Internet" Doorbell for your home? Could make a great Christmas gift for a person that has everything.
Every day there's another household object the tech industry tries connecting to the internet. A lot of it is completely unnecessary. I'm still not sure how useful internet-connected coffee pots and toasters are. In short, there's a lot of junk out there. But a new category slowly emerging seems to [...]

Treat Your Real Estate Agent Well and It Will Come Back to You Ten-fold!

Respect is a two way street. When you treat a real estate agent well they should treat you the same way. This how great relationships are formed that are built on trust.

Last week I wrote an article about things buyers do that real estate agents hate.

This is an excellent follow up article from +Lyn Sims that talks about many of the points I made in my article.

Take a look and if you think this is a good message to get out to your clients please consider socially sharing.

Buying in a Homeowners Association or Not?
One of the decisions that some buyers face is whether or not they should buy a home or condo in a homeowners association.

Of course just like anything else in life there are positives and negatives that go along with buying in a homeowners association.

Do you know what the pluses and minuses are of a homeowners association?

+Debbie Drummond does an excellent job in her article that asks should you buy a home that ISN'T in a homeowners association.

Debbie provides an analysis of things you may not have thought much about.

If you find the article helpful please consider socially sharing.

What a great location to live in Naples. Everything from Hollywood 20 movie theaters to Target is within a 3 minute drive. I have lived here since the inception in 2006 and it has just gotten better. The clubhouse is great to hold parties and family gatherings. There is a message board there where you can see what is going on in the community.
