Around the bend. Today's Tile of the Week is a couple more corridors (well, a corner and hall complex), designed to provide pillared halls that tile correctly for Dungeons in Blue geomorphs.
The latest Tile of the Week entry. This is another pair of tiles from the ongoing corridor set I'm doing. each pair of player tiles contains a corridor piece with a tileable pillar layout, so you can make long passages that look right. No tricks or traps here, unless you add your own.

After an email-snafu created break, the Wilds are back.
After a night and day of scouting [and a brief interruption caused by annoying email server issues], the party has a plan. Set an ambush near Hill Hole and try to sucker a few 'bug mans' out for a little party. I took advantage of the the email interruption to switch over my campaign wiki to ...

Man, sometimes I really really really hate my ISP. Continued poor server performance led to a move to new hardware and a new IP. New IP means new email blacklists. Tech decides that setting up a second IP is easier than contacting blacklist administrator and requesting removal. DNS chaos ensues.

The ISP in question is eleven2 by the way. I used to give them a big thumbs up, but recent support issues have changed that to a big do not use warning.

WIP Dungeons in Blue mines.
Here's a quick WIP look at a new set of Dungeons in Blue tiles that are in the queue. I started messing around with a rough-hewn look for corridors and walls so I can do mines and new construction. This set is all ten-foot halls and chambers, but the next couple will also have some different ...

Missed out on posting the last turn of the Wilds game on Thursday, here you go!
With the spidery foes out of sight or fleeing, Ingvild comes up with a cunning (or suicidal) plan involving sneaking, invisibility, and fire. It seemed like a good idea at the time. The Turn With the immediate threat past, those in the portcullis passage begin to get organized for a retreat.

Party sits on hands. Party grumbles. Party gets wet.
After some grumbling discussion about scouting and spying, the party splits up. The main force retreats to the west. Their intent: find a temporary camp site where loud, armor-wearing party members can hunker down while stealthy scouts maintain watch on the entrance for the rest of the day and ...

Safely away from the so-called bug mans and Hill Hole, the party debates next steps while the wounded recover.
