Productivity tip: there are A LOT of apps, systems, recommendations, etc. out there. Whatever you choose, if is critical that it WORKS FOR YOU. It can't be a pain to use or implement. Otherwise, you won't use it.

Productivity tip: harness the power of outsourcing, delegating and, most importantly, eliminating. Are there other companies that can do what you need done quicker and cheaper? How about someone that works in your company? And...is there anything that can be eliminated entirely?

Productivity tip: use a single calendar for ALL your events: both professional and personal. And don’t mix electronic and paper calendars. Whatever works for you, pick it and then stick with it. Just remember that if you choose a paper calendar, you need to bring it with you EVERYWHERE.
