If you read the experiences of other customers online, you'll see just how widespread their failure was. One thing to watch out for that not many others have mentioned - it's pretty small inside and the seating is all very close together. Not somewhere for busy times or a discrete chat.

Judging by the spam text messages I've received from them, the management of the place isn't all it should be - and disappointing that even when I rang up to ask to be removed from their marketing database, the person I spoke to didn't seem to be that concerned about whether they were keeping to the law on SMS marketing or not (though he did promise to remove my number from their records).
