Good in a bind but it can tear up the bottom of your camera.

These are model homes, this has been the general practice in the States as long as I can remember.
It's a marketing tool to create a beautiful path between the model homes for its possible buyers.

I can't believe someone that uses a follow focus and shoots video with a dslr would post a vertical video (rolling my eyes and shaking my head)

Thanks for the video, I need a stereo shotgun mic but don't want to spend $200+ for the ride video mic pro what do you recommend for under $100 for a stereo shotgun for my Nikon d750?

We were here in 1995, we enjoyed our stay then and when we cam back in 2015 there was a different staff. They were very polite and welcoming, Peter was wonderful. We would definitely style here again.

They lose your close, I took an expensive men's suit in to be dry cleaned. I picked it up and hung it on my closet assuming all was okay. Months later I pulled it out to attend a funeral, and there were no pants! I should have checked it when I picked it up (and will from now on) but when a cleaners loses your clothes that's pretty bad! Time to find a new dry cleaner.
