[MY NEW POST] How 'Golden Era' Bodybuilders Ate To Get Ripped (food list)

Click here for a list of foods that 1970's bodybuilders ate (and the ones they didn't eat) to get those awesome V-Taper physiques: http://www.musclehack.com/the-best-cutting-diet-how-old-school-bodybuilders-got-abs/

I've said this before, but I'm not a fan of the "gorilla gut" look of pro bodybuilders these days? Are you?

I agree with others that there was a "Golden Era" of bodybuilding, where the guys had big, symmetrical bodies with small waists (the v-taper). Think Arnold in the 1970's.

But have you ever wondered how they got that way? How they got so cut & had tiny waists?

I want to point you to this list of foods they ate and didn't eat. Don't take it from me. Take it from Ric Drasin, training partner of Arnold Schwarzenegger during that very time.

After watching, let me know if you have tried this method. If not, what is stopping you? Perhaps I can help and answer any queries you might have. Click below...
