Hi all. I did the Yorkshire Warrior couple of weeks back as some training for my Sprint triathlon in July. It was a ten mile assault course, weather was superb. Heartily recommended as a team event!
I'm building up my training for the Yorkshire sprint Triathlon in July after having never really exercised before. I can now swim a km, run ten, and cycle 30. Exciting times and enjoy reading your updates and challenges.

Love it. I do think you're mental, I do not like obstacle courses, 10k runs or getting muddy. However I do like cold ponds and a lot of people don't, so I like to think we appreciate and celebrate our differences here...

Perovskite's Solar Power Lightbulb Moment #energy
The race to commercialize Perovskite is on as it is more competitive with existing commercial silicon solar cells while being much cheaper to make in high volumes. They are also more suitable for incorporating into roofing materials and glass panels than silicon and so have the clear potential of being as fundamental to our city's architecture as steel, concrete and asphalt. In other words, they could well be the materials that will make it possible to collect the 1% of solar energy we need as a nation, at a cost that can compete with fossil fuels.

If you are in Yorkshire on Monday 2nd June you can hear Agenci MD Gary Hibberd give his fascinating insight into the Deep Web. Warning - not for the faint hearted.  http://www.wakefieldbusinessweek.co.uk/events/post/swimming-in-the-deep-web #ISO27001

He's known as the real-life Tony Stark: a billionaire inventor working on electric cars, an 800mph 'Hyperloop' train system and reusable rockets. The plan, says Elon Musk, is to minimise climate change – and colonise the red planet
