Introduction
During the day, I'm the digital strategist at York University. At night I turn into a writer and amateur actor. I write about online communications (especially social media) and digital strategy at http://webheresies.com, and speak about it at a variety of events and conferences, mainly around my adopted hometown of Toronto, Canada. All opinions expressed here are my own.
