As promised, we're continuing to listen and respond to feedback on the new Google+.
Today we're launching a number of updates to our Web preview including:
- Adding a 3 column stream view for very wide screens
- Adding the ability to reply to comments in context
- Removing the limit on circle streams in the menu (previously 6)
- Adding the option to view 'Posts from Circle' from the Following screen
These changes (which you can see in the image below) will be rolling out today. And look for more updates on Android, iOS, and the Web soon. Thanks~
Looking around online, https://weekdone.com also looks to be a good web-service for tracking them quite easily.
The basic premise seems to almost sit at a higher-level meta layer than technical tickets, or design documents, and almost takes the place of project plans ( altho I suspect, the project planning documents would still exist as a technical detail for the project managers, similar to YouTrack/Jira tickets being technical details for developers ).
Anyone out there using this, or a similar system for keeping a transparent, over view of the what you, and your company is working on?
Still - it seems odd that a hardware issue is addressed individually by applications (even if it's a shared library), and not by a OS-level component. (Unless the Camera2 API is an OS-level component - but then, presumably the earlier version is as well, and could be updated?) Given that it's a major library version change, it may be more than just bump and re-release, though.
