I too have noticed strange syncing behavior between iTunes and Apple Music. http://www.loopinsight.com/2015/07/22/apple-music-is-a-nightmare-and-im-done-with-it/
I love Apple. I love them because they take difficult problems and come up with innovative, simple solutions. The things they make just work and we trust them...

Here's an update on my current Windows 10 experience. When trying to reinstall the OS from the disk I created last October, all I see is this. Microsoft is currently not allowing a current ISO to be downloaded, so I'm stuck.

Be careful when using AT&T International data on a cruise ship - most cruise ships aren't included. At nearly $20/MB, I incurred $147 in charges when using my phone for just a few minutes.

It looks like AT&T has launched HD Voice in much of Nevada and Northern & Central California. Calls will finally be clear again. Now I'm just waiting for wi-fi calling, then I can ditch my MicroCell.

+Mark Cobb I hear ya on the MCell - had one for 3 years now, and it's not getting any better in my area. 20 miles (as the crow flies) from Memphis, TN, and I can't get good cell service without it.

Interesting Project Fi review in the WSJ: http://www.wsj.com/articles/project-fi-review-google-masters-wi-fi-calling-but-needs-better-phones-1436285959 I can't wait to get my 2nd invite so I can use the service. I didn't use my 1st invite because it would mess up my Google Voice service.
Can the search giant change the wireless business like it’s changed high-speed Internet?

My initial thoughts of Apple Music after setup and using it for about an hour last night: disappointment. I've been using Spotify for a few years. My wife and son were using my same iTunes & App Store account for years so we could all listen to my 3500+ songs available via iTunes Match. We can't use the same account anymore if everybody is to get their own personalized music recommendations. And most of the music I've uploaded using iTunes Match can't be shared with my family members.

I'm mostly underwhelmed after watching Apple's WWDC keynote. More gestures to figure out, & a streaming media player that's trying to catch up with Spotify. I want new Apple TV hardware.

Frankly I'm surprised Microsoft is releasing Windows 10 so early. The latest Insider Preview still has glitches on my computer.

Windows 10 will be released July 29. But that doesn't mean you should rush to download it on your current Windows 7 or 8 computer. New operating system upgrades typically have glitches. http://blogs.windows.com/bloggingwindows/2015/06/01/hello-world-windows-10-available-on-july-29/
Today, I’m excited to share the availability date for Windows 10. In fact, I thought I’d let Cortana, the world’s most personal digital assistant, share the news. You can ask Cortana for the answer! You can ask Cortana for the answer, or if you don’t have a Windows phone or a PC running the Windows 10... Read more

We just finished our 3rd vacation in Hawaii, each time staying at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach. Again we were not disappointed. Now that the kids are bigger, this time we booked a city-view 1 bedroom suite. We ended up getting a partial ocean view. The room was spacious and clean. Though we expected to be able to have the kids sleep in separate beds, the suite's configuration of beds and sofa beds did not allow that. Once informing the desk of the sleeping arrangement problem, we were provided with a complimentary roll-away. Everybody was happy. The Shore Bird and other restaurant has a great view and atmosphere, but a little pricey. The buffet breakfast has a great selection and the quality is good, but the juices don't taste good and they are not cold. We're looking forward to our next visit.

After reading reviews about Roberts Hawaii and other shuttle bus providers, I decided to choose Roberts Hawaii because they appeared to be the best of the worst. Our plane landed 40 minutes early and we were pleasantly surprised to find our greeter waiting for us at the gate. After escorting us to the restrooms, we were sent down to get our luggage and met by another friendly employee who loaded our baggage on a cart, took us on a short walk to the shuttle bus then we were on our way. The time it took to get from the gate to our moving shuttle seemed like 10 minutes - very fast and efficient. There were only 3 couples on our shuttle, we were the second stop. The shuttle driver pointed out a few good places to eat nearby our hotel, and a minute later we arrived. I estimate the time from gate to hotel was 45 minutes. Very efficient despite Honolulu traffic. This company is professional. They use radios to hand you off from gate greeter to baggage helper as they direct you down the escalators to baggage claim so that we know where to go. Great job. Hopefully our shuttle back to the airport in a week goes just as smoothly. UPDATE: Our trip back to the airport was right on-time, and took 45 minutes even with a few pick-up stops along the way. Will use Roberts Hawaii for our next trip.

When my wife had a relapse of a recent sickness during our first day in Waikiki, I turned to Google to find a nearby urgent care. We knew what the problem was, and needed to get an anti-biotic to take care of the issue. Pros: Doctor Jackson was very knowledgable and took the time to talk to us and really cared about the problem and order follow-up tests. He's someone you would expect as a primary physician - not at an urgent care facility in a tourist area. Other office staff very friendly. Cons: Waiting room small, and it took over an hour to get seen by the physician. Receptionist didn't seem too knowledgable about billing and the financial part of the visit, but she was friendly. Their website seem outdated because acclaimed doctor on it doesn't appear to be still working there. However Dr. Jackson was great! Now we're back to enjoying our vacation!

This was our first time to ride a Segway. The staff took the time to make sure we were comfortable and skilled using the personal transport before taking them to the streets. Our guide Sami was great as we traveled the streets and sidewalks of Waikiki. We made plenty of stops so that we could rest our feet, take pictures and learn about different points of historical significance. If you've never riden a Segway, Hawaii is a great place to do it. This was our favorite activity while on vacation.

We had eaten here 5 years ago on the first night of our last visit to Waikiki, and decided to come back - again on the first night of our visit. I remember the pizza being fantastic (somehow better than Round Table), and it again did not disappoint this time. My wife and daughter weren't in the mood for pizza, so they decided on pasta and soup - both which were good. I didn't remember the menu being so extensive, or the fact that they also serve breakfast - the selection is great. We may eat here for every meal of our visit :D Service was fast and friendly, and the staff was attractive too ;). We'll be back. Highly recommended.
