Simple, for the next ~120 days companies will not be hiring until they are certain of the rules after the election. If Obama wins expect another 4 years of stagnation or a worsening economy, if Romney wins expect thing to get better. Just because he is not Obama.
How many days in a row of >100 pt drops in the dow do we need before we call it a free fall.
