Tutorial list at bottom of post

It's been a while since I've posted a list of my tutorials on G+
One thing that I've always thought is that the internet and a bit of knowledge is a wonderful thing in the right hands.
Learning night sky photography or as others call it, landscape astrophotography is a wonderful but sometimes taxing experience.  My journey was made easier through the internet.  Others that were willing to share some of what others had taught them, or they learned over hours and hours of trial and error (I've experienced both to get where I am).
In what I feel is the spirit of G+ I have always shared knowledge with fellow photographers and those wishing to start learning how to shoot at night.
Believe me, I'm not saying that workshops are a waste of time, in fact quite the opposite.  You can only learn so much from reading.
Perhaps those interested in night sky shooting should keep there eyes on my stream as there are some potential opportunities for a workshop or two in 2014.

I believe this is a Snowy Owl. Her feathers are beautiful and her golden eyes are mesmerizing. Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle, Wa, USA.

Fun, lots of action with everything from fishmongers tossing fish around to elbowing your way through tourists. Beautiful flowers, fresh veggies and fruit, specialty foods, interesting art. My first class at Throwing Mud Gallery, during a May 2013 session, has been everything I hoped for. Mark gives each student individual attention and I received plenty of tips on projects I made. Mark does not limit his students, but encourages each student’s imagination. Eileen is delightful. I like touring the gallery, which she oversees, and asking questions about the art for sale. If you are looking for instruction in wheel throwing or hand building this is definitely the place to go. My positive experience at Throwing Mud Gallery has encouraged me to continue taking classes.
