CNCCookbok wanted me to fill a survey about how I like GWizard.
I filled out that survey truthfully, mentioning a few things I didn't like and an overall 3 out of 5 stars.
(Things like their super aggressive advertising that doesn't stop after you have purchased the product or a strange behaviour with tapered cutters.)

Suddenly I get a refund for my "Lifetime G-Wizard Calculator Subscription" and can't use it past the trial period anymore.
Customer communication anyone?
