For immediate release, this is just the beginning. #BuyRIC

BuyRIC – New Name – New Direction – New Impact

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – April 18, 2014: Today the company formally known as BuyRIC.com announces a name change to BuyRIC, simply dropping the .com extension in the company name. The official website for BuyRIC remains with the same top-level domain addressed at www.BuyRIC.com.

“Changing our company name was paramount to streamline our marketing efforts as we prepare to take the BuyRIC brand in a new direction,” said Marcus Cyganiak, Co-Founder and Vice President of BuyRIC. “Our goal moving forward is to provide local real estate customers with a whole new way of discovering what they are looking for online.”

A new BuyRIC website is currently in development with an anticipated completion date of May 11, 2014. It will be the first of our localized sites, beginning in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, with future expansions planned for the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, Whistler, Okanagan, and further regions across British Columbia.

“We are laying the foundation for a new direction for BuyRIC,” said Cyganiak. “I am confident that everyone will be impressed with what we have in store for the future.”

The new direction of BuyRIC will empower customers in their search for local real estate online.

Follow the #BuyRIC hashtag on social networks for more announcements and updates.

Luxury Sea Breeze Apartment 3 – Tel Aviv, Israel

http://thepl.me/1hElqNj

If you have ever dreamed of living by the sea, this fabulous luxury urban apartment on the beach in Tel Aviv, Israel may be your dream come true. The home was envisioned to be so close to the water that it gives occupants a sense of hovering over the sea. Purposely designed with floor-to-ceiling glass panels that allow residents to visually explore an endless expanse of water before them, the huge aquarium like panoramic ocean views are transcendent and reverently awe-inspiring.

Boston Pizza is my favorite casual restaurant to go to. This location is good, but the servers can be forgetful at times, so don't be surprised to remind them if you want ranch sauce with your pizza or another glass of beer. Other than that, the vibe here is great with the building being split right down the middle as far as sections go. One side has the more family friendly restaurant area and the other side has a more bar-type feel to it. The outside patio area is nice in the summer, but by being located right beside Lougheed Highway with the noise of traffic and on the side of the movie theatre with a parking lot always packed with cars and loud teenagers, there isn't much of a soothing feeling out there. There is nothing this place can do about that though, it comes with the territory and is still a great place to eat, especially if you're going to catch a movie afterwards or do some shopping around the area.

I bought my 2006 Mazda 3 here in 2008 with only 32K clocked in on the odometer and I got it for a really good deal. It was a pleasure doing business with the fine folks here and should I be buying another Mazda in the future, this is the place I'll be doing business at again.

This was a fairly decent place to buy supplies for renovations I did this past summer; however, the prices are a little steep here when compared to bigger chains like Rona or The Home Depot. The customer service was helpful, but because of the slight disorganization of products, it was a little hard to find exactly what I was looking for sometimes.

Great place to go shopping when you're either in a rush or need something when every other store is closed because this place is conveniently open 24 hours. The store is very clean and well kept with stock and great customer service. Make sure you sign up for the Club Thrifty Foods card though. You'll want to take advantage of in-store club prices because without this card your bill at the till will be jolted with some pretty high prices.

I really disliked my last experience here. I asked one associate for help finding some material for a new deck I was building, and so he directed me down an aisle. I went down and back after not finding what I was looking for, so I asked the associate if he could help me look for everything I was looking for but he said he couldn't help me because he had to do something. He didn't specify to me what he was doing but he didn't appear to be doing much. He was just standing at the end of an aisle looking almost like he was afraid of his job. He looked new, but still, even if you're nervous at your job you should never blow off your customers. I looked for another customer service representative to help me out but couldn't find any available. They seemed short on staff so I left and found what I was looking for at The Home Depot in Port Coquitlam.

When I go here I mainly use the drive-thru and that service can be quite slow at times. It's an okay place inside, but it could definitely use a face lift. Either way though, the food is just as good as any other A&W.

I have been to three Olive Garden restaurants. My first time was in Florida — great experience. My second time was in California — great experience. My third time now in Bellingham, Washington — terrible experience! Upon entering the restaurant, it was immediately packed with people like your typical restaurant at 7 PM would be. The condition of the restaurant was not on par of quality with the likes of two other Olive Garden restaurants I have been too, and neither was the food, at all. The bread we received to begin dinner was not good, it tasted old. My minestrone soup was half warm and cold; I could have made it better at home. My calamari appetizer was half raw; I couldn't finish it like I normally do. Our lasagna appetizer rolls were burnt, so we left them behind. The Caesar salad had pieces that were going bad and the whole thing barely had any dressing. With all that, I was still hopeful that my main course would be great, but it wasn't. I ordered chicken and risotto and both were terrible. I took two bites of the cold block of butter and cheese rice that was my risotto. That was the worst risotto of my life, but so was the chicken because it was dry and overcooked and tasted like it had freezer burn. This Olive Garden restaurant actually terrified me in the end. I think Chef Ramsey needs to come in here and fix the place because not only was the food terrible, but the service was too. They were very slow and after we got our bill, our waitress never came back to collect our payment for whatever reason. We waited 15 minutes while I was sipping on a cappuccino, the only thing not done wrong there, until I got the attention of another waitress to collect our payment. Overall I had a terrible experience at this Olive Garden and I will never be going back to repeat this poor experience. I love good quality food and service and I found neither to be lovable here. I would never recommend anyone to go here for dinner, just maybe for a cappuccino.
