Hi marcus pretty soon i'll be doing girls day with my mom and we are probably going to go grocery shopping so i was thinking about getting some vitamins and i was wondering if u could tell me what the difference between vitamin B and biotin is and what they do. 😊 also where can i find bee pollen? Cuz i heard thats rich in B vitamins but ive never seen it before. Is it something u can get at tops or wegmans? Or is it at one of those fancy shops we don't have where i live?lol 😄
