+Nicholaus Shupe Well, this might be doable, but it's a little problematic when dragging happens over the icons. Since they would allow you to move themselves around. And an empty space is not guaranteed to be there.Apr 2, 2016- +Marco Luque I think most users would be fine with requiring some empty space to move the bar around. It'd be more of a one-time setup when the account/machine is fresh. I moved it to the bottom, and now I'm leaving it there.
