{New Post} Signal, Wait, Then Change Lanes #GTACarBlog

One of the biggest pet peeves I have when it comes to other drivers is the lack of signals. The individual who thinks that the road was designed only for them and uses it as their personal race track, speeding, cutting other drivers off and changing lanes…

Interesting shift on Samsungs part. Moving to Tizen versus Android on the next Galaxy Gear?

I keep hearing this from a lot of people around me … everything happens for a reason … and I’ve had a hard time accepting that. It isn’t that I don’t understand the concept it’s simply that I have trouble believing that everything that happens in one’s life has already been written, even before we are conceived. I am a firm believer that, to some extent, we have control over what we experience within our lives. Call it fate, destiny...

{New Post} Welcome to GTACarBlog #GTACarBlog

{New Post} Time vs Experience #marcinsworld

We often hear the phrase “you’ll learn as you get older” or “with time you will grow up”. This has been repeated for what I will assume centuries I’m sure, however reality is different from expectation I believe. The expectation being that as time…

I was invited to have lunch with some business colleagues here and I have to admit that it was overall disappointing. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive however the food was not. I had ordered the Chicken Tenders Salad which came nicely presented however the chicken was very dry. In order to stomach the 2 of 4 pieces I had to dip it into the odd plum sauce which was provided. We did not order any beers this time around, however I was told that its a great place to try some brews, just not eat.

This place is the standard to which other sushi places I've compared to. The food is excellent and the service is great. Quick, fresh and tentative to your needs. A nice place to grab a quick dinner or to celebrate a special occasion. Definitely recommend to make a reservation as this place is always busy.

I've been here twice now and I have to admit that within the area it is one of the better sushi restaurants I've visited. The rolls are of the right size and the menu is extensive enough that I've seen families with small children come. Staff is friendly however at times it does take a bit to get to you. I've only ever really seen one waitress there. It's location is tough to find for a first timer but the inside is simple and refreshing. There are private booths with curtains for those who'd like a little bit more intimate experience. No reservations necessary after working hours, not sure about lunch.

The food is good however it isn't anything special. Portions are between medium to large and come hot always. The overall atmosphere is definitely business and at any time of day more then 60% of the restaurant will be filled with business professionals. The only problem I have with this place is its service. The two times I have been here, I have had two different experiences. First time the services was great and the food came out quickly. The second time around however, the waiter seemed like he was disappointed that we were there and our food took almost 45 minutes to get to us. (This could have been because I ordered a baked potato.) I will be returning here because it is close to where I work however if my third experience is bad, I doubt I will be. Prices are between $16-$30 a plate, depending on what you get.
