These are Afghan and Rwandan women business owners who were part of an entrepreneur boot camp sponsored by Peace Through Business. I was one of the coaches. The picture taken at the graduation ceremony at The Bush Center. In the middle was the keynote speaker Carla Fiorina - she was actually good. Wouldn't vote for her - but very likable.
