It's hard to believe that this picture comes from the heart of one of the most technologically driven cities in the world.

Sorry about being so cryptic, +Kent Crispin. It's Waterloo, Ontario. Across from this 'lake' is the Perimeter Institute for Advanced Theoretical Physics, and less than a block away from that is the Centre for International Governance and Innovation. 10 minutes away is the Quantum Computing Centre at the University of Waterloo, nearby is Wilfred Laurier University, and no more than 15 minutes from that old mill are a number of world renowned tech companies including Research In Motion, Sandvine, Open Text, and a host of others. Waterloo ranks as one of the world's most intelligent communities and has taken the number one spot as the world's top intelligent community. It's a cool place.
