This is a multi-week Electronics course led by FTC Mentor Andrew Larkin You may have missed week 1 but never fear, you can catch up easily - I have notes. The cost is $20 per week/lesson and anyone is welcome but there is a maximum class size so we need numbers before Saturday. You'll need your own Raspberry Pi but we can source one for you if you don't have your own yet.
The lessons are at Leumeah just a short trip down the M5 about 40 minutes from the City.

Electronics Week 2.
This week we will be covering a bit more theory including basics of capacitance and inductance.
We will be using our skills from week 1 to setup a 7 segment LED display on a soldered test board. We will use our LED testers to measure the display LEDs and calculate the required resistors.
Also soldering up our rotary encoders.
The RPi's are getting powered up and the objective will be to have the rotary encoder incrementing/decrementing a number on the LED display.
