Nonprofit leaders: Grab a last day or two of vacation this month. But first, skim this list of 62 books and choose one to take with you!

If you like puzzles, see if you can identify the 7 books that are on multiple lists!

Still a few more hours to enroll in Fundraising 101. Closes at midnight Pacific! http://101.fundraisingcoach.com/
This 3-part video course provides board members, "accidental" fundraisers - including CEO's and executive directors - with the essential terms & strategy for successful charitable fundraising. Nonprofit fundraising isn't a "guess," it's a fully developed profession. There is a growing field of documented research, academic certifications, and professional associations. You wouldn't tell your cardiologist you thought she was using the wrong stent ...

I am honored and excited to be one of only 20 people from around the world to be accepted to Rogare's Advisory Panel. As the think tank for Plymouth University's Centre for Sustainable Fundraising, Rogare is bringing needed study and reasoned logic to the field of fundraising.

I'm looking forward to being part of helping nonprofits and popular media move attention from the short-term culture of asking to a longer-term culture of developing relationships with all stakeholders in communities.

The Fundraising Coach founder, +Marc Pitman just announced he is one of 20 new advisory members - and one of only two from the USA - to probably the most significant think tank in the nonprofit sector.

The work of Rogare is helping nonprofits, donors, and the causes they serve. He's excited to be able to help more people learn of their great work!

I tried using Periscope yesterday but it said the internet connection was too slow. So I recorded a video instead.

Donors can't read your mind! Are you making assumptions with these 2 very important segments of your supporters?

Dedicated to making it ridiculously easy to get fundraising training
Introduction
An international fundraising trainer, Marc A. Pitman is the author of Ask Without Fear!® and founder of FundraisingCoach.com, a website dedicated to practical ideas for fundraising more effectively.

Marc’s experience also includes planting and pastoring a Vineyard church, managing a gubernatorial campaign, teaching internet marketing at Thomas College and co-creating 100 Donors in 90 Days.

He is the husband of his best friend and the father of three amazing kids. And if you see him drive by, he’ll probably be singing 80’s tunes loud enough to embarrass his family.

Marc can be reached at marc@fundraisingcoach.com or at (800) 694-7430. You can sign up for his free bi-weekly email newsletter focused on nonprofit fundraising by visiting: http://fundraisingcoach.com/subscribe/

On Google+, he also has a FundraisingCoach.com page and an Ask Without Fear! page.
