If you're putting all your nonprofit's eggs in one social media basket, you're going to be in trouble.
This is why i ALWAYS start my social media training with building your email list. As frustrating as FB can be, nonprofits who relied on it for all of their communication were (and are) being irresponsible. Donors deserve better.
