My first railroad photo; taken 2013 of a CSX EDM SD50, I think. In our area, CSX and Norfolk Southern are the two main systems.

The old, original, antenna broke off my Ford Focus, leaving the mount with a broken stud. Useless. Thank you YouTube, wonderful instructions for us visual-type guys. I was able to uninstall the old mount, install the new mount and new antenna. now, no more whispery static. :)

I learned something today. I kind of had an idea from a while ago, but have never taken the time to study it further. That is the use of the ISO setting on a digital camera.
I saw it utilized in a demonstration of the Samsung NX-1. Changing the ISO is like changing the film type, the higher the number the more sensitive the "film" is to light and the better it will handle low light situations. So you won't get long shutter speeds and possible blurred photos.
Anyway, I looked at some of my photos on Picasa and noticed they were all 80 ISO. That was the Auto setting. I'm trying setting the ISO at 200 and see what happens. This could be fun, I'll keep you posted.

Two images, one at 400 ISO, the other at 3200 ISO. Both with out flash. I'm really beginning to love digital photography.

Here are some of the "guitar art" displays that you will see at Cleveland Hopkins Airport when you arrive. Displays like these are also scattered about town and, of course, at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

When I have to wait at the airport, Hong Kong is my pick for my favorite, Chicken Fried Rice. People are friendly, and service is quick.

I like the atmosphere, the service was timely and good, the menu items were varied enough to cover a range of desires, I thought. For an impromptu meal, a good choice.
