Lauren and Trevor's wedding is coming this fall, so I thought I'd share their engagement photos! They're a totally rad couple with a great sense of humor.
Trevor and Lauren's Oakland engagement session ended up in the hills among beautiful flowers, towering trees and was blanketed with pretty light.

It's really tough to nail down the right words to describe Brittany and Eric, but I tried. They are fun and entertaining, to say the least!
An NYC engagement with gorgeous skies, rooftops and some fun on the streets with Brittany and Eric.

We received service on a Kenmore washer that took no more than 5 minutes to complete. All the technician did was bypass a safety switch the shuts off the spin cycle if the washer lid is opened. 5 minutes. How much did A1 charge for that task? $228. Two-hundred and twenty-eight dollars. That is HALF of the cost of the washer itself! All just to kill one wire. Moreover, we were charged an additional $45 just 10 days later in what they admit to be a mistake, which just goes to show how careful they are in running their business. But what really drives home the experience of this whole thing is the woman who answered the phone. The level of unprofessionalism was mind-numbing. Not only did she accuse us of trying to commit fraud by questioning the charges, she also went on to insult us by saying, "I remember the day you called for this service to be done, and you were practically crying on the phone and twisting our arm to come out there." The cherry on top was when she reminded me that they waived the $75 consultation fee for having the technician come and inspect the problem. Buying a new washer would have been preferable to the headaches this company gave us.
