First of all we would like to say sorry if you feel you didn´t have a good experience with us. When you make a car rental reservation, either through our web or a broker, you have to accept the Terms and Conditions before confirming the booking where you have an explanation about the insurances, deposits and fuel terms. There you can read that if you don´t purchase the full insurance with us we will charge you 800 euros deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the rental if you return the car in the same condition as it was when it was delivered. You didn´t purchase the full insurance with us and that´s why we charged you the deposit. When you returned the car we had to send it to the garage and it took five days to be repaired. If you want to check it send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the invoice from the garage. Sorry again for the inconveniences caused. Regards.
