Are our pets smarter than we thought? Dogs can read facial expressions, communicate jealousy, display empathy, and even watch TV, studies have shown.

Seriously +Twitter you need to get your shit together. I logged in today to find that I was all of a sudden following 58 people. I looked at my recent login/device history and had an iPad login from Morocco. I've never logged in from anywhere but Melbourne Australia and your security is so weak that you can't even pick that up and block access?

What a joke. Account deactivated.

Finally decided to get a new router for home as the +Telstra supplied cable modem/router just has shocking WiFi. Opted in for the +NETGEAR R7000 which is +SmallNetBuilder's choice in the AC1900 class.

Decided to finally purchase a fitness band. A colleague told me the Mi Band has a 30+ day battery life and for $20 off eBay why not give it a go.
Understand your every move. With a military-grade sensor and 30 day battery, Mi Band helps you monitor your activity levels throughout the day and calculates walking distance and calories burned.

Gu.E is following the new the new trend of trendy upper class Korean restaurants. It has a great neat decor on the inside that separates them from the usual Korean BBQ restaurants we're used to. Although the decor is nice I believe the food is more important. We came as a group of 12 and sat at two different tables (one behind the other). We ordered 3 set menus per table (each set menu is for 2 people) at a price of around $55 per set menu. Gu.E only servers Wagyu beef alongside some pork and seafood. The waitresses grill the meat and veggies for you at your table. But I found that the beef as good as Wagyu can get is just a bit too plain with very little flavour as the grilling dries up all the juices within the steak. I found the pork on the other hand to be much more flavoursome as it was marinaded to begin with. Although Gu.E has a great style to it, the food just doesn't do it for me.

I came here for an after work dinner with my partner after hearing some great things about the place from a colleague. I was definitely not disappointed. After waiting at the door for approximately 30 minutes we were given a small table half way down the restaurant away from the entrance. The menu is unique but not overwhelming. You have your meatball selection with any pasta, a house favourite spaghetti and meatballs and some meatball sliders. I picked the house favourite spaghetti and meatballs which came with a side of garlic and butter toast. The meatballs were amazing, but unfortunately the pasta in my and my partners dishes were over done and become too soft. I like the atmosphere of the place but I feel like it's a little too dark as we had trouble seeing the menu and many other dinners were using their phones to light it up. I would definitely recommend the place for a good hearty feed with some great wine or cider on the side.

Come her for the good selection of cheeses, prosciutto and other cold cuts. They usually stock a Spanish and Italian prosciutto's which are some of the best I've had. Unfortunately the service is very lackluster where by you'll be standing there waiting to be served whilst other Italian speaking patrons get served before you.

The place looks great... But the coffee is your average Melbourne coffee. If you don't know of any better place around then this one is at least not burnt or so hot you can't hold the cup.

Nice new age cafe in a busy shopping centre. The food is good but with some of the menu changes picking a dish became a little harder (not in a good way). The coffee is good... Better than your average Melbourne coffee. The only issue with the place is the noise... On the weekends it gets pretty crowded and the volumes reach quite high levels. Tip: On the weekends get in early as there is usually a 30 minute wait and they don't take bookings.

Very authentic and very cheap. There are plenty of Indian restaurants around, but most are alter their menu for westerns. Anshumann isn't one of those. Walking in you get the feeling that you're going to have an authentic experience. The place is usually full of Indian locals (which is always a good sign of a authentic restaurant). The menu is simple but there are always ever changing specials up on the walls. A dinner for two including two curries, a rice to share and three naan breads will cost you just under $30. If you're in the area definitely stop by.

As always Gami doesn't disappoint. The chicken is as succulent as ever and the sides and beer is a perfect match. The new Acland St restaurant is new and modern (very different to the City ones). My only gripe is obviously the price of the chicken... But apart from that Gami Acland is pretty flawless.
