Did you know? 45% of dogs sleep in their owner’s bed (we’re pretty sure a large percentage also hogs the blankets!)

Very kind, friendly staff. Initially referred to us by our daughter, so we felt good about making reservations for our 12 day trip to the Caribbean. They made it very clear about all of their rules and terms of drop off, and pick up, prior to making reservations. We boarded our two French bulldogs (we wouldn't leave these babies just anywhere) and were very pleased with the service and the care of the dogs. Our only slight disappointment was that they failed to give us back our 35 lb bag of their food that we had bought and left when we dropped them off. However, just a phone call took care of that and will be picking up what was leftover tomorrow.

We tried other obedience training with “Champ” prior to bringing him to Man’s Best Friend without much luck. We were about to give up hope in getting rid of Champ’s bad behaviors : food aggression, bolting out open doors, jumping, chewing ect. Since his training he had been a different dog. He listens so well to all the commands and has been much easier to have around. Our family is enjoying a much calmer life with our well behaved dog. Thanks

These people are all around bad. They want exorbitant amounts of money. They have very poor customer service and there are multiple allegations of animal abuse. Take your dog some where else!

I had a bad experience with the staff, they claim to be helpful and friendly but I feel they talk to you like they are doing you a favor. Went on a cruise for seven days and came back but did not plan to pick up dog before that Monday. Never told them I would come early to get my dog. Got a call from them today to say that I said I would get her yesterday and I needed to contact them since today is Tuesday. Since I had already paid for 10 nights then there should be no assumption of me coming early unless I tell you I am coming early. But to get there (keep in mind I have already paid for the 10 nights) and then be told you are charging me another nightly fee, this upset me but instead of be greeted by someone who could calmly explain this the lady was condescending and just plain rude. After much back and forth banter they explained that they charge like a hotel with noon checkout time. WTH and she said she was the supervisor. This should be clearly stated explained up front because your policy in the groupon and on the MBF site is for a night. So if I pay for 10 night s that is what I going to get. If I had come on Tuesday then you have every right to charge. As long as I get my dog before the next night then I am good. Bottom line is this don't expect to get the warm and fuzzy, nor any real information from these folks, I should have gone by the place before boarding because they are not as warm and friendly as the groupon would lead to believe. When I asked them to show me this policy, none of them could sho0w me. What a disaster. If you have specific policies those policies should not be modified to suit your needs when you want it to fit , it should be that way from the start. Of course, the other person who came in to help then says they will not charge me but that I cannot bring my dog back, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK I WANT TO!

I had a bad experience with this dog trainer, I paid 1100.00 for my dog to be trained, took him there for 2 weeks. When I returned, they couldn't show me one thing they taught him. As they tried I realized they really didn't know my dog at all. I was very dissatisfied and let them know that I was. When I ask about the guarantee, the one they just keep saying " Don't worry he will learn" (but thats before you bring your dog) suddenly there is no promise of that anymore. They just say you will have to come with your dog and do what you paid them to do. BUYER BEWARE, There are a lot of vague promises going in, but there are no hooks on the contract for you. They will just keep saying "don't worry you will be happy'. But if you ask them "what will happen if I am not" they will only reply "you will be happy" again and again. There is no guarantee for you, except you will never see your money again, even if your dog isn't trained.

Great Job!!! Excellent training staff here at Man’s Best Friend. Timmy is different dog (in a good way) in many aspects. I look forward to continue working Timmy here and see his potential come to fruition. Great Job!

Having Toby at Man’s Best Friend has been a good experience for both Toby and I. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago. Toby is now an obedient dog that is a pleasure to be around, and a pleasure to show off.
