The Washington Post ran a photo-gallery feature of BAM (Becoming a Man) program youth from this past year being recognized by the president. The founder of the BAM program, Tony Ramirez Di Vittorio is a long time ManKind Project man. The BAM program utilizes aspects of the work the ManKind Project does with men in it's circles.

Here's a very good article from Peter Clothier, author and art critic.

"I have just returned from a men's training weekend. Okay, I think it's true to say that these weekends have come in for a lot of misinformed rumors and a good bit of nervous mockery in recent years -- particularly amongst those who might have reason to fear them the most. I'll tell you upfront that this one, the New Warrior Training Adventure, when I first experienced it in 1992, was a life-saver for me."

Kenny D'Cruz - a New Warrior in the UK community was a participant at the BAM (Being A Man) event held last weekend in London. Masculinity, manhood, and maleness are gaining more and more interest in the main stream ... we at MKP hope that men who are beginning this exploration will find a men's group!

"About Men" film's US premier will be in Sandpoint ID on Friday Jan 31. Read this article about some of the thinking that has inspired Owen Marcus to build this group - and about the film being made about it. http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2014/jan/27/common-bonds/

A new post about the power of an intentional 'work' space for personal growth. Edie Weinstein is a member of MKP's sister organization, Woman Within. For more information: womanwithin.org.

We help men lead great lives. We've been changing the world one man at a time for almost 30 years.
Introduction
The ManKind Project is a global nonprofit [501 (c)(3)] charitable organization that conducts challenging and highly rewarding programs for men at every stage of life. The ManKind Project supports a global network of peer-facilitated men's groups, where men mentor men through the passages of their lives. The ManKind Project empowers men to missions of service, supporting men to make a difference in the lives of men, women, and children around the world. We help men through any transition, men at all levels of success, men facing almost any challenge. Our flagship training, described by many as the most powerful men's training available, is the New Warrior Training Adventure. The ManKind Project (MKP) is not affiliated with any religious practice or political party. We strive to be increasingly inclusive and culturally aware.
