I have always lifted heavy and enjoyed it. Today I did my evening session like how BPAK would suggest. I could feel the machine lat pull down on my lower back. On spine! What a feel.

Thib. So many mistakes in this vid? e.g. that guy walks back to rack the barbell after his front squat! And then he does and snatch but barbell is below the crease of waist. I am no expert here but been doing a lot of research. Poliquin to you to Ed Coan to Rippetoe and many more. I see a pattern... so when I came back to this vid. I cant believe some fundamental mistakes...

Bad and slow service. Disorganized. Flys on your food. Cold food. You order something and get something else.... all south for this place. Location is good.

Type: Bar, Informal, Drinkery Price : Decent Food : Barbeque Chicken Burger – Big, Juicy, Messy! The chunk of chicken was huge and never ending. I would have preferred a slightly hot sauce to go with my chilled Beer. You know, a play of contrasts. Food: Fish & Chips – Good Portion of Chips, Oily, Fish was well done, firm and retained its juices. The aroma!! The TarTar Sauce could have been much better as it left us with no taste lingering in our mouth. Drinks: Beer & Breezer. The first pint of Beer was NOT chilled. I consider that as a sin, regardless of the excuses and consequences! Ambience: We got a place for two at the terrace. A very informal and “local” setup which was appealing in its own way. Not too dim, not too bright. We got to sit on Iron Chairs and had cute Iron Table to ourselves, with a candle on it. It was interesting but couldn’t keep our attention for more than a minute. A little congested but I did not mind it and neither did my date. Service: Slow. The bottle of Breezer came in a jiffy after we ordered, it was the pint that made the lady wait for a toast, customary kissing of bottles and a refreshing sip! I was restless and a reminder to the waiter got me my KF Premium within two minutes. It did not matter much after that as I got busy ‘entertaining’ the lady. Interiors and Space : Wooden Benches, Iron Tables, Chairs, Sofas. It was like a mosaic and the plants, flower pots did make it come alive. Floor space is fair and movement of ‘drunkards’ is not restricted. I was ticked off by the design of Toilets however. You can go and check out the reason!! Music: I got to hear MJ – The Girl is Mine! Eye of the Tiger of Rocky fame. No complaints! Location & Parking : Located above Jimi’s, near the BMTC hub in Kormangala. Although, it is hard to miss but strenuous to locate a parking spot! I would definitely recommend this place. A flight of 26 stairs will take you to the terrace and greet you with a minuscule bar! Ample benches and large tables for groups. Cozy corners for the love birds. Intimate little tables for the ones on dates. Yes, the projector ensures you do NOT miss that football match. Cheers!

BYLI - Bet You Like It. What is it? A place to eat. Setup and Ambience? Informal, quaint and relaxed. Did not notice any smokers over there. Don't remember presence of alcohol but you can check it out if you ever go there. Eat What? Predominantly Italian food but you can get some Chinese stuff as well. Grab something light to drink as well. The location? The place is located in an area of HRBR layout that is filled with eating joints. You will be overwhelmed with what to eat and where to go! Why did we choose BYLI? My boss recommended it. It is a usual place for his wife and him. They like the food. Did I like the food? Damn well, I did. Chicken wings were good. Their sauces, spreads etc are very good. It enhances the taste of the main course beautifully. Cost? Its nominal and justified. People and Service? Good. It can be better but hey, this is not a five star! The folks are locals who have gotten this job and doing their best to earn their living and please us customers. They were polite and forthcoming with a good attitude. What might irk you? Availability of parking for a 4 wheeler. Will I go again and recommend? Yep. What will I do there the next time? Seafood looked enticing though I stuck with poultry last time so some Shrimps!!!

Type : Oriental restaurant and Chinese cuisine Price : On higher side. Food : Ginger Chicken - No flavor of ginger and gravy was not aromatic Food : Hakka Noodles - Good and less oily. Food : Khimchi, nothing great to write about. Food : Considering the name to be Noodle Bar, I would have preferred a greater choice of noodles. Ambience : Not oriental and not anything resembling a bar (as per name I would have liked to see something matching) Service : Fair. The waiter did bring us orders from some other table but we had our food till then, so we didn't mind. Service : The usher was missing at the door but she came quickly and got us the seat of choice. It was good and professional. Interiors and Space : A little cramped esp. Seats for 2. Music : Terrific tunes played! I liked it and my feet tapped. Location : Located very near the exit and courtyard, gives a good feel but view from inside is restricted. We didn't check if there are arrangements to sit out overlooking the courtyard. A chilled beer and some spring rolls on a summer evening will be great here. The mall has a lot of eating joints to offer. Noodle Bar has its work cut out if it wants to stand over and above the rest or be a great not just good place! You should go there if you are a shopper and want a quick bite. For dates and occasions I'd be reserved.
