You really only have to bring yourself here. As a member, I had a permanent locker where I stored whatever I wanted, and even had a laundry bag in there that would be delivered with freshly laundered undergarments within a day. The managers here (Al and Katina ) care about the member experience. There's a wide array of classes and I have rarely been in a situation where I felt cramped in the class. The instructors all remember you after a couple of sessions by your first name and offer feedback. It really feels like a family. They supply you with workout clothes (I'm pretty OCD but even I felt comfortable using them as everything is very clean). They regularly run themed days (ie women's day, cancer awareness, mother's day) which to me, shows that they care about keeping things fresh. The classes I attended were all filled with a wide array of age groups. Some classes are more challenging and heart pumping (i.e. Tony's classes), and others are less so, but create body awareness and gradual improvements. The Pilates classes are great because the instructors never make you feel like you're too much of a beginner or too advanced for the class. They really pay attention to your level and also to any injuries. I rarely had to wait to use equipment or machines. The locker rooms aren't the fanciest but they are clean and have basic toiletries, hair appliances and even an iron. They are rarely crowded. All in all, I highly recommend this gym.
