First there was Martie the Management Monster's six arms and six modules. Now we have 30 and more on the way. Did you know we are expanding the Management 3.0 course materials every day? This article breaks down how we are growing the course to modernize it and to make sure we have the flexibility for our awesome facilitators to adapt to audience. http://www.happymelly.com/the-next-generation-management-3-0-courseware/
The original Management 3.0 courseware materials are five years old. I wanted to share plans for diversifying and growing the Management 3.0 courseware modules.

And the impact of Intel on our lives is no small fete by making the benefits of the microprocessor more micro and particularly shrinking the price, taking computers from Ivy League and defense contracts to our pockets and homes. What our own team learned from our Delegation Board rusting...
The Happy Melly delegation board had been neglected. Decisions were being made without consensus. And others by the wrong people. It was time for an update.

Management is too important to leave to the managers.
Introduction
How do I deal with my crappy organization? I like my work but I don’t like what our management is doing. What can I do?

You have come to the right place! The goal of Management 3.0 is to help you grow and transform organizations into becoming great places to work. We do that with inspiring eventseffective courses, and practical books and exercises.

”But, I’m not a manager”, you say? So what? We believe that management is not only the managers’ responsibility. It is everyone’s job! Therefore, Management 3.0 is not only about what managers can do, but also about what other workers can do.

So, if you want your workplace to be happy and healthy, what’s keeping you?
