Easy caramelised red onion. Simply quarter, leaving the skins on. Season with salt and brush with butter. Pop them in a hot oven until they look like this.

Just add spice. Next time you're baking a plain cake try adding a tablespoon of tumeric for some extra flavour, goodness and colour. Feel free to brush with butter and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar.

We absolutely love spring salads! It's a great time of the year to play around with your flavours and textures of what's in season. Here's a rather delectable peach, grapefruit and Persian feta salad. Sweet & tart with rich creamy cheese and a sprinkling of fresh mint. Gorgeous too.

Thin layers of cauliflower sprinkled with turmeric and nigella seeds. Cook in a high oven for 15 minutes. Then it's ready to serve, all you need is some flat bread and yoghurt. Yummo!
