I was able to dig into your account at a very high level, and see that you've been working with Mainstreethost for a little over one month now. From what I can see, everything looks to be on pace and doesn't seem to be delayed. I’ll be able to obtain more detailed information when our offices open back up on Monday.
I received the email you sent in this morning and will reach back out to you shortly. I’ll address a couple of things here. Without getting into too much detail (I'll provide more in my response to your email), your first month of working with Mainstreethost is used to complete foundational type of work, including, but not limited to: setups, benchmarking, analysis, and strategy. Of course, much of what we deem necessary throughout this time period is influenced heavily by your existing website (current design, past digital marketing efforts, analytics, preexisting business info.) and the amount of time we're able to allocate based on the budget we were given. In my personal opinion, the more thought we put into the initial strategy and foundational development, the better off we're going to be moving forward. Again, depending on the website / business we’re working with, insignificant results in the first 30 days is not out of the ordinary.
You should have received an informational document at some point with a timeline of events that covers what will be done and when.
