Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback and also the email with additional feedback. This is greatly appreciated. With limited insight into the actual conversation you had with our account manager, we'll do our best to address your concerns in a productive manner.
Was this the first, or one of the first conversations you had with our account manager? If so, that may have been part of the reason for the lack of specifics. Part of how we go about goal planning and strategy development is through series of questions and answers, identifying strengths and weaknesses, determining timelines and budgets, and other business related, exploratory conversations.
If you were past the first couple of calls / conversations and were on to discussing strategy and implementation, the lack of communication / clarity / transparency at this point is concerning to us and we'd like to learn more about the situation if you'd be willing to share.
