It's a great honor to once again be nominated for PT of the Year at Guldhjärtat (like our Oscars - the finest prize a Trainer can get in Sweden). As founder of Sharp Body Sharp Mind, I see this as a valdation for that what we are doing is just right. If you are interested, you are welcome to vore here: https://sv.surveymonkey.com/r/guldhjartat2015 Thank you!

Entering a new market is both inspiring and intimidating. It’s like walking into a maze and not quite knowing what’s on the other side or how to get there. But what a joy once you find the right way! And that’s what Your Professional Reputation is going for in the UK!

It’s an honor to be the one responsible for the expansion. But without further ado, here is a shout out to all of you already familiar with Your Professional Reputation. We ask you to tell your friends in the UK how it has affected you, what has come out of it and why they should get involved with this process. (For me, Professional Reputation changed my life and I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t the most powerful tool of my career so far). I’ll be happy to fill in with more information and book a Skype meeting to introduce the process.

Interesting to know more? Read here.

When we hold back and dumb down, we are hurting the people who need to hear from us, often in a vain attempt to satisfy a few people who might never choose to actually listen.
It's quite okay to say, "it's not for you."
