Great place to enjoy a nice day of hiking in spring, summer, or fall with friends. Love the views & nature trails. The historic town is beautiful and has several interesting museums, shops, little restaurants and of course plenty of natural beauty with the rivers and the mountains, the natural rocks and different hiking paths. The hike to the top is a bit steep more for an advance hiker but doable for beginners. Even though a little strenuous, the view is worth the climb. I would recommend this place to any one seeking an hiking adventure!!!

Great state park. It was only $10 per car for a family. It was a 5 minute walk to the water with a stunning view along the way . Bring your bathing suit and a picnic and relax in its natural beauty. Beat the heat with the cold water from Oak Creek. I would highly recommend water shoes or sandals as the rocks can be slippery. Fun for all ages!

TAIL OF THE DRAGON AT DEALS GAP, with 318 curves in 11 miles, is America's number one motorcycle and sports car road located  between North Carolina and Tennessee. scenic mountain highway. Twists, turns, and thick woods... This drive isn’t about scenic overlooks and nature’s majesty like a drive through Arches or down the Loneliest Highway, Tail of the Dragon is about you, the pavement, and 2 hands of white knuckles around a steering wheel. That’s why this stretch of road is considered one of the most exciting drives in America.

Do you have the guts to tackle its 318 turns?

That was just what we did and loved it!

Beautiful, dramatic desert with dramatic colorful cliffs, plants and water.
Zion National Park is a "Bucket List" item. The fact that you're on this site says that you already know that for sheer majestic beauty, Zion is really hard to beat. Just driving through the National Park from one end to the other will give you lots of vistas. We didn't really get to hike this visit, but overall it was a nice experience driving through it. You do not want to miss this beautiful National Park.
Nature, clean experience, exercise, beautiful views of tall colorful cliffs, canyon walls, beautiful water, interesting juxtaposition of desert and mountain plants. Trails for all from paved, trailblazing exploring untamed back country.
Definitely plan on making a return trip to fully explore and hie this area in the near future.

Thank a Cop! Yes I said it.

Cops put their lives on the line everyday for us. Thank them for the sacrifice that they give daily!

It is NOT progressive to generalize a group of people. I know there are a lot of racist/prejudice cops who make such assumptions, but there's no different when people assume every cop is a BAD cop as well.

I don't doubt that you've have had some terrible interactions with the police, and it might even be based on the racist/prejudicial beliefs of said officer(s). This does NOT, however, mean that ALL police officers are racist/prejudice. All of your interactions with police officers combined does not come close to equaling "most" or "all" police officers.

Generalizations of civilians mainly of the minority race or law enforcement is something that needs to be talked about more frequently.

Just saying!

Your right. Law enforcement do a lot for the community, they don't just make arrests, they risk their lives everyday that they pin on their badge. & they rarely ever get any gratuite.

Site 1.
Lake Powell/Glen Cayon Dam - Page, Arizona overlooks spectacular Lake Powell, the most beautiful lake in the American west. Lake Powell has a dam similar to Hoover Dam.
Site 2.
Glen canyon was the 2nd dam we've had the opportunity to visit. Anything that has a National Park designation is worth the visit. Don't miss it!
Site 3.
Horseshoe Bend: It's definitely worth the hike to this amazing sight! We had the pleasure to see it from the overlook, and while the boats were in the river. Don't miss out! Horseshoe Bend can be viewed from the steep cliff above. The overlook is 4,200 feet (1,300 m) above sea level and the Colorado River is at 3,200 feet (980 m) above sea level, making it a 1,000-foot (300 m) drop.
Breathtakingly beautiful and free. Open all the time about 3/4 mile walk one way. Be very careful at the site due to height and sandy edges
Tips: Bring water, protective glasses, scarf or head gear for sandstorms and heavy winds.

I highly recommend our sales specialist, Charles Meheux! He was very knowledgable, attentive, resourceful, helpful & patient! We thank Charles so much for going out of his way to find the perfect cars for me!! Everyone at the Darcars Toyota in Cherry Hill Lane dealership was so nice and professional. I will definitely come back next time I need a new car. Charles was calm and absolutely no pressure tactics. He listened to what I was looking for and came through. Best place to buy or lease a car. very friendly staff and all sales agents are good. I had a good experience with Charles and the finance guy.

I have visited this Nando's Peri Peri on Dupont Circle countless times, never disappoints. Staff are lovely and it's rarely so busy that you don't get a table within a decent time. Everybody needs to try it. Just amazing, tasty, and delicious!

I love flying out of DCA because there are direct flights to and from most major cities in the united states. It is very convenient for me because it is closer to my house than Dulles or BWI. The staff are very friendly and approachable. There's Free wifi in the entire airport. DCA has easy in and out, and their security lines are never very long.

The Red Barn Serving Augusta, Maine. We’re heading back from Maine to Maryland on a road trip and after research good lobster places around Google map lead us The Red Barn. The lobster rolls were tasty and very delicious. The restaurant is clearly involved in it local community and was obviously very popular with the locals as it was packed. I will definitely add this to my itinerary if I ever visit Maine again.n. Highly recommended!!!

Where to begin this place serves a 24 hour menu. Its a high end restaurant so its very expensive. The service Rogue 24 was great, all the employees we interacted with were very polite and personable. The food is contemporary American fare, with steaks, seafood, lamb, and chicken dishes. The wine display counter at the bar was very decorative and impressive at the same time. This place offers a creative multi-course tastings of modern American cuisine are prepared in a showpiece open kitchen. There is also a full-service bar, too. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting but the tabs can be too expensive for most people looking just to dine out. If you are looking for impress a date and you have the move to foot the bill, then this is a nice place to take a date.

You should add this to your bucketlist! Words cannot really describe how incredible the Grand Canyon National Park is. The sheer vastness and all the colors of the ridges are just amazing. We flew over Grand Canyon National Park on the second day and the view was bresthtaking. The sunset was amazing but make sure you have a jacket as it drops below 50 degrees in April.
